Growing Together - Preorder bonus issues

I pre ordered growing together a while ago and today on its release its saying I need to purchase can someone please help cause I'm panicking

    Hi all,

    If you have purchased from a third-party retailer, like Amazon, you will need to contact that retailer for any issues with your codes or missing preorder content. Please also read over the post here for more information on preorder codes. 

    If you purchased from the EA app, please check the Order History on your account to verify that this purchase was successful. If you're seeing this purchase showing as failed, or processing, you'll need to contact the live support team here so they can look over your transaction history with you and see what's happened. 

    For purchases from the Xbox and PlayStation store that have not gone through, please get in touch with either Xbox or PlayStation support so they can review your purchase history.

    They told me since I bought from there they're not gonna deliver on their promise even though they have outright said they do not discourage buying from there. They literally just said Im not getting my items because I bought from a 3rd party source.

    I emailed EA awhile ago asking about it and i didnt even get a response but a few weeks later i got an automated email asking for feedback on their customer service, well i didnt get any so they didnt get a good score.

    Ive kind of assumed alot of people arnt going to get the free content now and it was mainly for those who purchased via ea.

    How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
    What is your current game version number? 1.97.62.1020
    What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Growing Together, City Living, Cottage Living, Vampires, Werewolves, Eco Lifestyle, Highschool Years, Seasons, Cats and Dogs, Tiny Living, Laundry Day, Blooming Rooms, Book Nook, Pastel Pop, Basement Treasures, Greenhouse Haven
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I purchased Growing Together during the dates when EA said three special items would be included, but the items have never appeared.
    What happens when the bug occurs? Special Growing Together limited time items are not in my inventory, nor have they ever been.
    What do you expect to see? Growing Together limited time special items in my inventory.
    Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
    Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

    7 requests to support, not a single response.
    People, we pay for the games and have done so for years and not too little!
    I'm at that age, I've bought everything since the first SIMS series.
    Support means helping someone, not ignoring the person once the money has flowed!
