    Yes, I tried speeding it up and still couldn't reproduce the bug.

@Snickitten Did you change anything about the hospital ? It does look like the original but to be sure.

Could you test this on a new save with a new Sim for testing purposes to see if the same happens.

    I haven't changed anything about the hospital. I tried playing a new game and played through two days of work and didn't encounter the bug. If I recall correctly, my original sim was promoted a couple of times before the bug started and the bug stopped happening after they got promoted to nurse. I also stopped fast-forwarding at that point because I thought it might be causing the bug.

      @Snickitten Do you remember what level they had at the time ?

        It started at level 3, I think? I believe I had access to the x-ray machines.

        Edit to add: My test sim is now at level 4 and I still haven't been able to replicate the bug.
