    Yes, I tried speeding it up and still couldn't reproduce the bug.

It started at level 3, I think? I believe I had access to the x-ray machines.

Edit to add: My test sim is now at level 4 and I still haven't been able to replicate the bug.

@Snickitten Did you try to speed up the game again to see if that triggers it ?

    Yes, I tried speeding it up and still couldn't reproduce the bug.
