I now have the case (after the patch?) that I was able to request all 3 items last week. But since this week the event has disappeared from me and I can no longer see anything. Although it was shown to me on Monday that my second week would start in a few days and that I could then get the items. Since the patch, no pop-up or information is visible in the main menu. It's gone.
EA = please roll out an event like this when it runs smoothly! Why always these buggy things? What's going on with you?

yes I´ve updated the game yesterday - I´m on the latest version now.
No, I don´t have the freezer bunny anymore on the main menu since the patch. Just advertising for the two new sets.
I´m playing on Windows 10 and I haven´t brought new CC into the game since the update. I also put all CC out, deleted the cache and tried it again = no pop-up and no freezer bunny anymore.
