daily login rewards have been announced via social media, ive updated my game via ea app and repaired it, but don't see the event pop-up on my main menu as shown online. anyone else having this issue?

What happens when the bug occurs? The event is just not there. I am unable to claim any of the rewards
What do you expect to see? The daily login calendar
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.

When i open my game, the calendar just isnt there. i want to know how to fix this because its such a cool event and i want to get the rewards. please help me fix this!!

(Also if y'all are doing a phased rollout, maybe at least mention that in the announcement? Aside from the fact that doing a phased rollout for login rewards feels really weird, the fact that I have to just happen to see the right forum reply to even know it's supposed to be phased is incredibly annoying)
Where would i do that, because my game says its up to date
@sonofpacey Can you check the game version again, then? Is it 1.101 or 1.107? You can find the Game Version file in Documents>ElectronicArts> TheSims4 or at the bottom of the in-game screen in Main Menu. Could you edit your original post with the correct game version number, if that's the case?
If you've never used mods and your game is up-to-date, I don't have a solution other than that, unfortunately ☹️ I've seen that many people have this problem.
As a last attempt, I would recommend repairing the game in the EA app.
My login items aren't showing up for me to claim. I can't get through to EA help because they make it next to impossible to do. I don't want to miss the items. I'm almost ready to uninstall my game and just say forget it. I am so frustrated at this point.

Yeah nothing shows up for me either. I've disabled mods, updated the game as soon as the update came out, went away for the weekend (and panicked because I thought I would miss out!) but there's nothing. The welcome page looks just like usual. The new kits show up tho. I'm so confused! There's nothing to be found on the EA website either.
I've already posted twice about this, it's now the 4th of June for Australia/3rd for Americans
& still nothing.. Kinda at that point now of I just don't understand anyone answering with - is your game up to date? have you removed mods folder? have you restarted your game?
None of these work, I'm sure most people are going nuts through this post looking & trying all of these options only to find out this was poorly rolled out to everyone at the same time.
If it was just rolled out to everyone & not at the same time as new packs this may have worked fine.
It's also annoying how the game still reminds me of packs/kits I already own saying don't forget about me with a pop up. But can't pop up the event on time.
I love the Sims I've played since The Sims 1 but oof this is just poorly done on EAs part. 😢
