Happy Home Login Event not appearing on Main Menu

Yeah I cannot access anything either and I play with one save one PC and I have reinstalled and also ofc taken off all my mods :c like I just want my rewards :/

I have removed all mods, have deleted the localthumbcache.package file, disabled custom content and scripts in the sims settings and restarted the game multiple times, even after restarting the pc. I would also delete the contents of the cache folder, but for some reason there is no cache folder since I was forced to use the EA app. But with everything I do, I still am not getting the login reward popup in the main menu. What I am getting is a popup that tells me that I need to update, without any possibility to update anything. There was an update a few days ago which I installed but there is no option for another update. Unfortunately the EA app also does not give you the option to repair the game, which I would love to be able to do and could do with the Origin app back then.

Why is the game able to show me a "please update the sims" popup, without giving me an option to do what they ask me, but NOT be able to give me the daily login reward popup? A timed event that does not work for many people (a lot of people say it in youtube comments, on reddit and here in answers HQ) is rather frustrating and quite frankly not fair. We are all paying costumers. 

So, to summarize:

1. I hope that it is possible to make the reward popup happen for every sims player, especially if it is apparently possible to display a "please update the game" popup

2. If the game asks me to update the game it would be great to have the possibility to update (again, there was an update a few days ago, but no new one)

3. If not everyone has the possibility to access the daily login rewards it would be nice to either stop it temporarily or give another option to claim the rewards

(4. The EA app should truly bring in the options to download, install and also to repair the game, that should be the minimum for such a platform)

My Login Event pop-up stopped showing up.
I have claimed two of my daily rewards, today is a new day so I logged in. I saw a pop-up saying that I needed to update my game. My game was up to date, so I cleared the cache of the EA app and restarted the game, the pop-up that suggested updating disappeared, but I didn't get a pop-up Login Event and there was no freezer bunny in the upper left corner. I restarted a few times and logged out and into the EA app, but nothing helped. The mods are off. There is no pop-up and no freezer bunny.

The feeling I am getting now after waiting 7 days (6th of June now for Aussies) since this was brought into the game & upon reading more comments on this post, is that Australia was just missed completely in the rollout of this event...? There has been nothing & when I say nothing I mean it.. I have logged in everyday just to confirm this. There has been no tile; no freezer bunny; not even a video that others have spoken about. So I am confused as to now that we are moving into the second week of this event, are some of us just going to miss out because this just wasn't rolled out to everyone at the same time? & before someone says; have you done this have you done that; Yes I have I have done everything besides completely uninstall the game & reinstall it. Again as I said in my last post.. This was poorly done.

None of these work, I'm sure most people are going nuts through this post looking & trying all of these options only to find out this was poorly rolled out to everyone at the same time.
If it was just rolled out to everyone & not at the same time as new packs this may have worked fine. 
It's also annoying how the game still reminds me of packs/kits I already own saying don't forget about me with a pop up. But can't pop up the event on time. 

I love the Sims I've played since The Sims 1 but oof this is just poorly done on EAs part. 😢

I don't even get the pop up to claim the week 1 rewards. I've repaired my game, deleted the cache, I'm not running mods...

It doesn't matter what I do, I can't collect anything because the popup just won't come up no matter what.

@NoPuddlesHey No puddles, Aussie here - also STILL no freezer bunny in my game. It's a 'staggered release' apparently, so we can wait as long as June 13 before it shows up for us. Then we supposedly get the full 5 weeks to claim any 'rewards'. This whole thing is infuriating. Not only the concept of a battle pass - but the way it's being released. Having to log in each day to make sure we don't miss out is making me SO resentful towards this game. Oh but what I DID get this morning was a pop up to say I need to update my game... even though it's fully updated. *Slow clap for EA*

@eensuikerklontje I got the same thing with the update pop-up it made me slightly snort, telling me to update when it already is.. I just hope they do actually roll it out to everyone & it doesn't stuff up & just end before being able to claim everything. To be honest I'm just glad I am making a legacy save file otherwise I wouldn't be signing in everyday to look for this dang freezer bunny/tile. I understand completely where EA is trying to come from with the free event but again oof maybe do it better next time. 🤨 

Aussie here too, I've gotten nothing. When the heck does it start here?

Kiwi here and I'm guessing we're on the same schedule as you Aussies. Nothing for us yet either. No bunny, no popup, no video... nada. Though I did get an alert in the EA App that it had started when I logged in this morning, despite nothing showing up in the game yet.
