Has anyone experienced this?

Hi! I was trying to play today and when I went into CAS, I had to double-click to select anything, and it stayed like that even during gameplay. Does anyone know what I should do? Or is this something that I can't fix by myself?

Please let me know.

Also, I am on a mac w/ mods. I don't know if that helps/changes anything.

Do you mean that you have mods/cc? If you do, try moving the whole mods folder to another place, delete the localthumbcache.package and then test to see if the issue remains without mods/cc there.
