Have you ever had a lot disappear from the gallery?

This is constantly happening to me, just now I've had my top 5 downloaded houses just simply disappear. The gallery is so broken, I left the game for a year, came back to it in September hoping the gallery would be fixed, you know? A year is long enough to get it fixed, but nope still the same. It's honestly making me not want to play the game anymore.
