Items disappearing and unable to use vacuum

It wont let me vaccum with the new pack i bought yesterday. i was only ever able to use it once. items are just disappearing out of nowhere. i had to buy them over again. please fix this issue. also its lagging really bad at times. and no its not my internet. thanks

what items disappear ? Have you placed them with moveObjects ?

What happens if you try to vacuum exactly ? Do you not have any options or do you have routing failures ? Did you buy the pack through the marketplace with moola or ea app ?
