Help - The Sims 4 Freezes on launch

Hi, 

My Sims game is bugging out in a really strange way. I’ve searched through forums and videos but, no one seems to have the same issue as me. 
As soon as I launch the game, it completely freezes - I can’t move the mouse or access the game at all. 
I don’t have any mods or saves left. 
I can’t even move the mouse - it’s completely frozen. 
I’ve already uninstalled and reinstalled it but nothing works… I really don’t know what to do anymore… Please help me !

    Keey937​  Please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
