sims 4 keeps crashing once i click to play in ea app (pc)

sims will not launch in ea app ive put in four reports and nothing has been done ! i was told by ea rep to reach out on here but this has been going on for two weeks not being able to play! ive repaired game uninstalled the game even went as far as resetting my whole laptop (nitro 5) . i currently play on windows 11 all my mods are out the folder and the game still will not launch it starts for literally a second then fails and goes back to ea's home screen! can somebody please help i just want to get my simming on lol !!!!

    mobbinghoods92  Please try playing in a clean user folder.  Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop.  When you launch the game, if it launches, a clean folder will spawn with no content.  (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you've moved but temporarily unread by the game.)  Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just see whether you can get far enough to start a new save and play in live mode for a bit.

    If you still can't play, please provide a dxdiag.  Hit Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.

    I keep seeing this response to the game crashing, but no one mentions the next step after removing the folder. Can you elaborate more?
