Jessie42 You've already demonstrated what you need to do to get your game to run without showing the blue box. The problem is clear: You have something in your mods folder causing it. So, either play without the mods folder or go through it, testing everything until you have found and removed (or updated if an update is available) whatever you have that causes the problem. Yes, it will take time and a bit of effort on your part. You should start with mods first, then CC since CC issues generally don't cause the screen glitch you have.
