Help identifying in-game music from prom night

Hi, just wondering whether the music playing in the video is based off a real song, if so which song is it? The in-game music is heard when playing prom night music, I'm guessing it's a part of the h...

I'm sure I recognise the voice on the track. I'm pretty certain too that it should be listed somewhere in the game music. Has anyone tried playing tracks in other music genres in the game too. So, in Game Options just playing every track in the music library to see if it's somewhere random?

So I took some time to actually go through the whole track list in the music library... and still haven't been able to find a match
