@oreos115 Are you starting a new save maybe by accident ? What is the process you do ? Close the game and next time add a new Sim or do you add more Sims to your game without exiting ?

- @crinrict Hello I have just re loaded the one I wanted but the girl I had just put in has disappeared. It seems I can’t have both it’s either one or the other could this be because they are on different days/saves because they are on different lots but can’t be in the same world
- @oreos115 If they are on different saves, yes than you won't see them in the same save. They all need to be in the same save game.
Try this:
- Load the save with your Sim in (this will take you to the map and not to Create a Sim like it does if you start a fresh save).
- On the Map View, you will see a button in the lower right corner, that lets you create a new family/Sim. Press that
- You will now be taken to CAS. Create a new family. Then place it.
- They should now be in the same save.
