I recommend the Adventure Awaits expansion pack, you can make your own retreat and a custom schedule for all the things you listed and hire staff for each activity. Another idea is to get the Lot 51 mod, you can make the venue a hotel and it's really fun!
One of the few packs i dont own lol. I might look into it. Thank you. Im not great with MODS, they scare me a little. Do you think it would work as a rental? with shared areas and then i could make some of the tenants open up small businesses on the lot? bowling alley, spa area, yoga teacher etc?
Hi! Vacation rental will have no automatic venue staff running everything. For Rent pack could work for the activities but nobody will sleep over. If you don't want to get Adventure Awaits pack, your best solutions is to get the Suite Life by Lot 51 mod and you'll also need the Universal venue list mod to change the venue type to Hotel.
These mods are 100% safe, I use it all the time it's super fun! They even have housekeepers lol. I put the links below if you want to download it. There may be other mods out there if these don't work for what you're looking for but I dont know of any others.
