Help! Where Is EA Games Help Center?!

How do I get help for my Sims 4 game? It's glitching. Freezing, not allowing me to feed my sims or drink the plasma packs unless he's watching tv. I have to let the girl get down to starving so she'll eat on her own, but if I tell her to eat she just stands there. Also, if I tell either of them to read a book, they won't. How am I supposed to achieve any goals if I can't have them study their tomes or read the vampire encyclopedia? How am I supposed to achieve any goals if they're hungry or thirsty? I can't play my game at all anymore.
