Help!

Can someone please tell me what this is? Does this mean that something is corrupted? I don’t have any mods in. I saved it and closed the game. Came back to this? It didn’t even save! I also get an infinite loading screen when attempting to go onto the lot. Is this part of the corrupted save file because this was in fact a residential rental. The funny thing is when I go to the lot next to this I can see whatever I built next to it??? It’s strange. But help please. This is my forever save file and I haven’t backed it up yet 😬
