Hospital gown

Sul sul! Every time my sim goes outside their home, they change into the hospital gown. It seems to only happen to my sims that has been previous patients.

by previous patient do you mean they were there when you played the doctor career or for a pregnant Sim you took to the hospital ?

Is this with or without mods/cc ?
