Household/ new game issue

I had an entire household/ new game that I have started a few days ago. (around a week ago) I didn't open sims for one day, not sure if that has to do with something, but when I opened it today, my entire household was gone, completely. I cannot find it anywhere, not even in other saved games that I have. It also had another issue that whenever I would save it, it would appear an error (code 34 I think) and I'd have to save it again to actually remain saved. Don't know what to do. I also had MC command center installed.
