@Ayka735 The version of Sims 4 offered in certain Eastern European countries is language-locked, with only Russian, Polish, and Czech available. To get the English version, you'd need to either buy a copy while in a country that offers it (and have your Origin storefront set to that location), or buy a disc or digital download key from one of those regions. But you wouldn't necessarily know what you were getting with a digital key unless an authorized retailer guaranteed it was the global version. Here's a list of trusted third-party retailers:

You might also need to have the original Russian version removed from your account. You can do so by contacting EA customer support.
Are you serious?! REDICULOUS! The Russian localization [Removed-CM] and now I have to buy it again just to play a regular version? WHAT. A. JOKE.

Long story short, prepare $5 to unlock English. With a friendly help from a shady site slash keys retail known worldwide.
Trying external tools to implant English into RU/PL/CZ version _will_ fail.DLCs from RU/PL/CZ version will carry over to EN version without need in re-purchasing - however:
1. It may be changed at any time,
2. If you reinstall the game, you'll have to wait for base game download, restart Origin then select language for each and every DLC you're trying to download (there'll be a plenty of pop-ups for it).
