how can I play sims 4 with my friends online

I want to play sims4 with my Friends online but I don`t know how can someone help me pas
gameplay issue

    @berkgulener Actually, as with so many things, there’s a mod for that! If you and your friends play on computers, look up the Sims Multiplayer mod.

I am new to Sims 4.I'm frightening.Invited me to play, but I don't know how to play multiplayer online with my friend.It's not a me go it's saying unable to go online
