How do I connect my sims 4 (Origin) to my Discord?

I was on a discord server and checking the people on the server, when I saw below someone's username "Playing the Sims 4". I wanted to do this, so I immediately went to connections under the settings...

click on user settings then on "game activity". there's gonna be a small box that says "no game detected" under it is the option of adding a game. click it and then type "The Sims 4" now it'll come up as your status

      I had to download the discord computer app to find the option
