how do i download lot from the ea website?
I clicked on a link to the ea website to download a lot and it showed a gear in a folder. What does this mean and where did the lot go? is the info stored in tray files or do i need to restart the ga...

When you add a lot to your downloads from the website version of the Gallery, you'll then load up The Sims 4, open the in-game version of the Gallery and connect online there. Once you're connected, head to the My Library section, and you'll see the lot available there for you to place into your world! 🙂
