How do I download my household pic from the gallery?

Do you mean that you cannot find the household in your library, or that you cannot find the household in the community gallery? If so, I will add different instructions. Please let me know. (You need to first save the household to your library, then share the household to the community gallery. The simplest way would be to...

• Open the EA Sims 4 community gallery in your browser (you will need to be signed into your EA account).https://www.ea.com/games/the-sims/the-sims-4/pc/gallery
• Go to the "Browse" tab and search by EA ID for your uploads to the community gallery (make sure in "Advanced" that "Maxis Curated" is unticked).
• Search for and open your household in the community gallery and drag the image onto your desktop. This will provide you with a 744px x 410px version of the gallery image. • Alternately you could Open that household as above and right click on the opened image and use "Save As" to save a copy of the image locally.
