@OhMyGodItsJen When you lost everything do you mean that you had to start over with a new save that did not include any of your households, sims and other content - only the default content (what comes in the game - townies the game makes, lots the game made, etc.)? Does your library contain any content from your previous games/the community gallery? Did you have a saved folder of your previous game ("The Sims 4" folder)? Or did you have a saved 'saves' or 'tray' folder? If not, as far as I know, your old content would be lost. The tray would contain the 'library' which would be where your downloads from the community gallery saved to your library would go, unless you placed them directly and then deleted them from your library.
