    @MysticOrre413   Hello!  I'm sorry you're having trouble with this.  Your Origin ID is the same as your EA ID.  It should also be the same as your ID here on AHQ; mine is JonaO703 here and also in the EA app, as well as in my EA Account profile.

As @JonaO703 mentioned, your EA ID is the same as your Origin ID. For getting through the help site to contact live chat, please follow these steps:

1. For the product, please select EA app

2. For the topic, please select "I need help logging in to my EA Account"

From here, you'll be taken to the current available contact options, you should be seeing a "Chat with us" button to live chat with the support team. If you have any further issues contacting live support from the site, please let me know!
