@Catherinemax2 Are they in his relationship panel? Usually family members appear there. Can you invite them to hangout?
@Catherinemax2 Invite the other parent to come over with the phone. Once they are on the lot, ask them to join your household. If they accept, then you will get a window where you can also bring the child with them. Select just the child you want to delete and move them into the household. If it is a baby, then age them up to a toddler by clicking on the crib. Then go to manage worlds and open the household and delete the child.
