Sentiment Cheats not Working.

Last time I was able to update the game was in June, I cannot afford Wi-Fi anymore so I cannot update my game anymore. I play on my PlayStation, so I cannot download mods or CC. That being said, I'm trying to get the "Enamored" cheat sentiment to work. I've tried both the "Smitten" and "Deeply in Love", but neither work. I feel like I'm going insane trying to figure this out. I just want this cheat to work so I can play the game how I actually want to play it. I'm so close to dropping the game for a month long burn out just because of this, I'm so d*mn frustrated. I've been trying to get this to work for the ENTIRE DAY. This is my day off of work, and this is how I spend it?? I'm so frustrated, I just wanted to have fun before having to spend another stressful week at work, but even at home I can't relax because of this stupid minute thing.
