How do I make sim have the parenting option
So in the pie menu there is a parenting tab when my sims aunt parents the nefew, but not the neice. Why is that? the nefew is a child and the neice is a toddler.

Social Wheel > Relationships (possibly > Change Relationship) > Adopt as Care Dependent. This allows Parenting interactions with a sim that isn't your sim's child.
