How to move a sim to a different household?

Hello! I am not a smart man. I made a household with one Sim that was supposed to be a lone adult, but I decided to make him a family and put them across town in Willow's Creek. He has a mother and a brother and I have no idea how to fix family relationships to make him related to them, so they're just two separate households. I also want to know how to transfer the brother over to my main household, or if it is possible, is it possible to shift between two households and move his brother back and forth.

Is it also somehow possible to control a random sim from a different household, cause I want them to level up with the same skill and go on adventures together and then drop him off at his mother's house, cause both of them are unemployed losers and the joke is that the brother is older than my main sim and neither of them will ever accomplish anything, but I don't want the brother to stay in the main household cause he's a background character in his story. I wanna pick him up and drop him off in another household after every adventure to places like the Jungle Adventure pack. CC is acceptable as an answer too!

    What you’re asking to do moving seems to another household but not having them actually  live there constantly is not really possible.. but what you can do is invite them to the main lot and give them a residence key then when you invite them, they will be able to use things like the TV the fridge as if they actually live there. To give the key you just use the mother or the father click on the SIM and select give residence key.. this will work whether they are related or not.

    0d97c0815e637575​ You could just use the move household feature and move to your other household. Just don't evict the household. You could then just use the split from household feature to move that sim into any other household when you are finished with him. So long as the house has other sims in it won't cost anything. Then just rinse and repeat using split from household.
