How do I reset my game?

So for ages I've played the Sims 4 on my Xbox One, but I recently got a laptop so I installed this game. When I played on Xbox, every now and then if I wanted like a fresh start with my game I would just go to "Manage Game and Add-ons" and just delete the internal saved data that I had. It was like a factory reset for the game, it would delete my save files for it and make it as if I had never played the game.

How do I do that on PC? I have a couple mods (MC Command Center, [Admin - Removed] ~animations~) and loads of custom content. I just want to start making Youtube videos so I kind of want to just start over from scratch.

Anything is helpful. Thank you!

  • To delete your saves, you can go to Load Game at the start menu and delete the saves from there. Also, you can go to Documents> Electronic Arts> The Sims 4> saves, and just delete the files of the save you want. If you want to get rid of everything, including the mods and any sims and lots you've created, then you can just pull your The Sims 4 folder out of the Electronic Arts folder. When you start the game up again it will create a new The Sims 4 folder.
