How do I rotate an entire lot?

My house that I got from the gallery is placed all wrong, I can't figure out how to rotate it so it's the right way

while in game go to build mode then in the menu at the top of the screen is 4way arrow click on that to move/rotate the house or use the shortcut U in build mode
