@Meme_Lord052 Is Seasons currently installed? You can check in your Origin game library: click on the Sims 4 icon, choose More > Expansion Packs, and scroll down to Seasons. If the orange button says Download, just click it. If the pack is installed, it'll say so above the orange button, which should say Play or Details.
If Seasons is installed but not showing in-game, make sure you haven't disabled it within Origin. This time, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, choose Game Properties > Advanced Launch Options, and look at the command line box. If you find text there that says something like -disablepacks:EP05, that's an instruction for Origin to disable the fifth expansion, i.e. Seasons. Just delete the command line and save the change, then Seasons should run again.

@xfcduo23nzuc The setting to decide what season the game is in appears only when you're starting a new save and moving a household into a home for the first time.
The settings for the length of seasons and what kinds of weather can appear are in Options > Game Options > Seasons, and these are on a per-save basis, so you need to have a game (save) loaded to see them.
If you don't own the Seasos EP, you won't see any of this. If you own the Seasons EP but you aren't seeing any of this in game, you might have an issue with the launcher app. See https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports-Technical-Issues/Missing-Games-DLCs-in-EA-app-Library-Feb-2024/m-p/13454449
