@Humankillerz - not much of a shortcut, but if you shift-click on the Sim, you bypass the bubbles and go straight to the 2nd layer of choices (the ones that say "friendly, funny, etc). At least you can eliminate one click. I don't know any other shortcuts, I just started playing The Sims 4 and agree - it can get quite tedious. One thing that I've learned to do is to pause the game and queue up a few interactions first. No reason to age your Sim while you're looking for stuff to click.
I would love to see a way to bulk open seed packets, too. I read somewhere that if you put seeds in a row, the Sim will plant them all, but haven't tried that. Wish they would put that bit of programming in for the opening seed packets as well.
