I'm working up a child sim to be ready to age up to a team when High School Years comes out Thursday and I want to raise her fame because I plan for her to be a famous actress, however, she does not gain any fame from Drama Club, which I thought was supposed to gain fame but I guess it doesn't. How can I get her fame up as a child? I usually use social media but children don't have access to that.
Children and babies do not gain fame.
My sim kids get fame from Drama Club.
I also use MCCC so maybe something in there lets the kids get fame as well as the teens. I'm not certain if kids are -supposed- to get fame as well, some of the info on this is confusing. Some people talk about kids getting fame and some sites say fame is just for teens.

But seems to be in such tiny amounts it's hard to notice. Looks like it happens with the popups - like when you get asked if the kid should do what the principal/drama club teacher wants for the show or do their own thing - always do what the authority figure wants btw 🤔
Try using the GF video station and have them make videos and build the media production skill. I haven't paid attention if children game fame with it by making videos but I have gotten popups that indicated they may be eligible for an award and I think it mentioned gaining fame. Not sure though. @jpkarlsen may have the right of it and children don't gain fame though.
