How to create own Bartenders/Service Sims etc.?

I read a guide on this earlier this year but am unable to locate it.  Does anybody know the cheat commands to create your own service sims?  I remember that you have to cheat their levels up a certai...

No cheat needed. Click on a bar and select Hire Bartender. If one of your Sims is a bartender click on the bar and select Tend bar.
