How to edit a house that has been uploaded to the Gallery? Sims 4

I am unsure if anyone else has experienced this issue, or had this question, but I was curious... Once a  house has been shared to the Gallery, can you edit  that household if more stuff has been ...

@cody014 Remove and reup is the only way to update it in the gallery. Or Uploading it again putting Versions in the Name so its clear for everyone thats an updated version (if you don't want to "lose" the Download count by other players)
