I want to talk about something you don't mention above: DLC after bought cause pc error
How accessible is the current experience? I can use parts of it

How is this making it more difficult? Cannot play it after that so I want to get refund

@qqueenhunter Sims 4 packs are considered DLC and are not eligible for refunds under EA's policy:

Sometimes EA customer support will make an exception if a computer can't run a certain pack, but there's no guarantee, and support will usually ask for confirmation that someone's computer cannot in fact support the pack at all. Support is swamped right now, so it might take a while to get through.

If you'd like to troubleshoot the issue, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post. At the very least, if nothing works, you can tell support that you tried all suggestions given to you.
