How to get my sims 4 on a new laptop with the same account?

Okay, so I got the sims 4 and I installed it on a new laptop. Unfortunately that laptop died completely to the point where I can't even access any home screen ect. It's saying there's no hard drive on...

    You can just redownload it with the same account with Origin.

No you can download it a few times. I've download it 4 or 5 times now. You can even run it on two different devices. Just not at the same time.

    That seems perfect! Am I able to download expansions also? I have two or three.

      Of course! 

      Those are a little harder to find, but you can find them with these steps:

      - Go to 'Game Library' in Origin
      - Right click 'The Sims 4' and choose 'Game Details
      A overlay moves in
      - Have a look under the 'Extra Content' tab
      There should all your Game Pack, Stuff packs and expansions packs show up.
