@Simone_inatorulWithout using a mod, that's not possible. However, if you have the EP Get to Work you can get the cloning machine and if it's upgraded you will be able to create a clone that is added to the family. (Not an exact copy though and it can turn out to be evil).
If you don't mind using mods, you can download a mod called MC Command Center, you can use it to make an exact copy of your sim sans skills, traits, achievements etc. It even copies all the outfits and such with the exception of the makeup. Apparently, that's not possible. You could load them into a household, make an identical twin, and then delete the original. But then you’d lose all the clothes/makeup. Still, it would at least give you the same face…
@Simone_inatorul Hello! You could also try creating a twin using the Play With Genetics feature in CAS. The twin would have all the same facial and body features but would generate different clothing and likely different hair, though the hair color and skin tone would be the same. In your current save, you would have to use the cas.fulleditmode cheat and then take the household into CAS in order to do it. However, you could do this by creating a new household or starting with a new save, at the point where you create a new sim. Whether or not you want to use the cheat, click the spoiler below for the steps. Once you've created this twin and set all the CAS items you want, be sure to save them before playing if you want a template with no traits, skills etc.
Spoiler- Use the cas.fulleditmode cheat then go to CAS or Create a New Save or create a new household in your current save
- If creating a new save, click "No thanks!" to skip the story creation
- Once you get to the new household creation, click the Gallery / Library button and load your saved sim
- Click Replace to load the sim and eliminate the game generated one
- Click the Add Sim button
- Click Play With Genetics
- In the genetic window, click the drop down menu next to "Add his" and click sibling
- Click Randomize Twin (you may need to specify male or female)Again, the twin will have the same facial and body features but different clothing / accessories and likely different hair.
Edit: Apologies @PipMenace. I guess we were replying at the same time.
@PipMenaceI tried it, and it works! Just need to make a twin from the character and you got the looks. Need to change clothes and stuff tho, but it works!
