How to load a previously saved Sim without previous traits/achievements

Could anyone tell me how to load a previously saved Sim without loading all their previous traits and achievements? I saved an in-game Sim as a template and now all the Sims I create from this one ...

You could load them into a household, make an identical twin, and then delete the original. But then you’d lose all the clothes/makeup. Still, it would at least give you the same face…

@PipMenaceI tried it, and it works! Just need to make a twin from the character and you got the looks. Need to change clothes and stuff tho, but it works!
