    Just realized - there never was a bug, I just didn't have enough money to enter any of the competitions 🥲 mystery solved I guess

That definitely wasn't the issue. Neither horse had competed that day, one hadn't even competed at all ever. I sent them on community jobs when I couldn't enter the competition, and when they got back I was allowed to enter right after. This all happened on the same day

@mariasaurio Have you tried a new save yet ? Did you also try a factory reset ?

    The problem seems fixed now and I haven't been able to replicate it. It works fine in the save I was playing and in a new save I made to try.
