[HSY] Cheerleading Mat has broken texture

As title says, the cheer mat from High School Years looks glitchy (not sure of the correct terminology) when in live mode. No difference if it's in use or not. I have attached a screenshot. Edit By...

Oh sorry I forgot to mention that. I have tried both a game repair and also tested without mods, however the issue is still there.

Is it happening for both mats and any swatch or a particular one ?

Have you tested another save/household too ?
