Packs show as owned but are disabled in-game (Mac)
Hi, I’m playing The Sims 4 on Mac and I’m having an issue with my packs. I originally owned several packs from Windows, which show as “owned” but are marked as Windows-only in the EA App. I have now repurchased Cats & Dogs on Mac, and when I launched the game, it showed all the new features as if it’s installed. However, in-game the pack appears as disabled, and I cannot access any of the content. So right now: The pack shows as owned The game recognizes it on startup But it is not active in gameplay Has anyone experienced this, or does an EA advisor know how to fix this? Could this be an entitlement or sync issue? Thanks!Can there be multiple highschools at once?
I've googled this plenty of times, but all discussions are years old, and I'm not sure if they're relevant anymore. People said there's no option to build a highschool on a different lot, however, I have the option, and I believe I can do so while Copperdale is running, but I'm unsure. Does anyone know? Has anyone tested it? If so, is there any way to choose which school a sim goes to?
Kids keep getting taken away
Hey! This issue has been occurring for a while now I took a long break because of how frustrating it's been. My sim kids in the game keep getting whisked away for no reason. This is happening to ALL sims in my game for some reason. Evry single time I load my game if there's a child or multiple children in that family they get whisked away one by one. Then I go to a different sim family and the same thing happens. Please someone help.How to move a sim to a different household?
Hello! I am not a smart man. I made a household with one Sim that was supposed to be a lone adult, but I decided to make him a family and put them across town in Willow's Creek. He has a mother and a brother and I have no idea how to fix family relationships to make him related to them, so they're just two separate households. I also want to know how to transfer the brother over to my main household, or if it is possible, is it possible to shift between two households and move his brother back and forth. Is it also somehow possible to control a random sim from a different household, cause I want them to level up with the same skill and go on adventures together and then drop him off at his mother's house, cause both of them are unemployed losers and the joke is that the brother is older than my main sim and neither of them will ever accomplish anything, but I don't want the brother to stay in the main household cause he's a background character in his story. I wanna pick him up and drop him off in another household after every adventure to places like the Jungle Adventure pack. CC is acceptable as an answer too! Thanks for reading this.
[SE] [AA] Getaway Sims don't autonomously 'Climb Down' from Rock Climbing
Hi there, I played through the getaway by assigning Sims as retreat guests to do the rock climbing at Yukimatsu neighbourhood which I found there are 2 climbing points; one with the pathway to go down and the other one (in the screenshot) without. So other sims that I don't control stuck at that area. The only way to get out of this spot is to "Climb Down" but they won't autonomously climb down after they autonomously and successfully climbed up. Need advice. Is there any possible way to make them autonomously climb down? Or is there any cheat or mod for workaround? Thanks very much!
Can my multi-lot function?
I have created a lot with a variety of small shops. I was hoping in some way they would each function or at least spawn an NPC so each area looks manned (if that makes sense). I don't want them to run as a small business as I want all my sims to be able to use the lot like any other community lot. The areas include: Coffee shop (wanting a Barista to spawn at the Coffee Bar) Supermarket (wanting an NPC to spawn at the till) Salon (wanting an NPC to spawn at the nail chair - I am aware an NPC won't spawn at the Styling Station as the lot is not Plumbob Pictures) Nightclub/Bar (wanting a Mixologist to spawn at the bar) Is this at all possible or am I just going to have to choose one lot type? The supermarket is more for decor, so I'm not as bothered whether than functions, but I'd definitely like the others to. Any advice appreciated. I don't want to download any mods.The sims 4 Adventure awaits costume
I have an issue where whenever I go to the Fitness Fest during Wednesday, my sim wants to put on a costume as it’s suppose to be but I can’t find any way to do it. I’m not sure if it’s a bug or I just don’t know where to look?? Other sims are wearing their costumes.
