I am tired of how my sims always hates their jobs

this is literally every sim of mine now, too. In any kind of job, any kind of sim is gonna get "fear of dead end job" despite promotions and interest in that particular field of work. Even a workaholic lifestyle sim has a fear of dead end job. I can understand some sims might be like this, but then let others enjoy their job??? like "excited about what's to come in their career" +2 happy ???
