I am unable to start the game - the current user is not entitled to run sims 4

Hallo everybidy!  I am unable to start the game after I have installed the latest expansion pack island living - because: the current user is not entitled to run the sims 4 in the installed language.  What can I do? Can you help me with the topic?. I have many expansion packs, game packs, stuff packs, Now I even can not start the game. The last Expansion pack Island living -  40,-EUR. Thank you for the Help.
