I bought the pack but it won't work!

Can you post screenshots of the error messages, and of the pack install in EA App, and the pack folder in the Sims 4 Packs folder.

I'm having the same problem!

The same thing happened to me, but my game won't even open. I am so upset right now. 40 dollars to break my game. i tried to repair it but it will not work still. i cleared the cashe too

I was able to see the game items in CAS but can't actually get into Innissgreen, it was just a white screen. When I tried to repair the game it said ownership disabled.

I'm having the same issues and this is what the error looks like for me. I can't even get past the white screen on the home screen to try anything in game.

what are you uninstalling and reinstalling? the EA app? how do you uninstall the pack without being in game?

Update: after uninstalling the entire sims 4 game and re-downloading the packs, it’s working again. Fingers crossed it stays this way. 

Thought I updated everything but I just had to update TOOL mod and now I can see Innisgreen. Try that if you haven't already!
