I bought the pack but it won't work!

I got the enchanted by nature pack, but when i load into the game it says i need to download it. It's already been downloaded! Cas doesn't allow me to select any enchanted by nature items or the occu...

    Uninstalling and reinstalling it for a 3rd time worked for me, but having to go through that is ridiculous...

Can you post screenshots of the error messages, and of the pack install in EA App, and the pack folder in the Sims 4 Packs folder.

I'm having the same issues and this is what the error looks like for me. I can't even get past the white screen on the home screen to try anything in game.

    Update: after uninstalling the entire sims 4 game and re-downloading the packs, it’s working again. Fingers crossed it stays this way.
