I can't clean the counter with the sink in it.
I don't know how the counter got used to get dirty, but the one with the sink is and the other two are fine. Simply this must be solved for my sims to clean the counter with a sink.

I'm having the same problem and the ones you described about them cooking on the sink. I placed a lot of things in the kitchen with moveObjects but not the sink.
Could you try if the issue continues if you rebuild the whole kitchen without moo ?
