i can't close my sims 4 program

I can't close my sims 4 app on my computer!! What do I do?

    @Charlottelover24 Are you able to save your game or is that the reason why your Sims 4 app will not close.
    Depending on the operating System you should be able to close it by going to your task manager. So please tell us some more about the situation.
